Our Goals & Values

We refuse to live in a world where employees only face an annual performance review and have no other form of recognition during the year.
We refuse that employees receive poor feedback, or not at all.
We refuse that motivated employees don't know if they meet expectations and  don't find value in their work.

The reason why we created Frizby is to challenge outdated management practices and give the tools to enable employees to thrive and reach their full potential.

Every manager has one purpose : having a performant team which achieves its objectives to help the company reaches its vision.
Therefore, managers face the huge task of engaging and motivating their teammates.
We know for a fact that an employee which is fully engaged will be happier at work, more performant and will stay longer at his or her company.

In this challenging and complex task, Frizby is the manager's best friend to help them engage their employees.
